Elterwater circular inc Lingmoor, Side Pike & New Dungeon Ghyll

A circular walk from Elterwater, heading out through the woodland and onto the fells. First up is Lingmoor with stunning almost 360 views of the surrounding fells. Following the beautiful dry stone wall, the walk heads down and around Side Pike with spectacular views of Blea Tarn to the left and Bowfell, and the Labdgdale Pikes ahead.
Dropping down into the Landale valley, a brief pit stop for refreshments can be found at either the Old or New Dungeon Ghyll hotels before heading back to Elterwater mostly following the Great Langdale Beck
