Starting the Ascent

The hike begins at an elevation of around 10,350 feet (3,155 meters) and covers a distance of approximately 10 kilometers (6.2 miles) round trip. The trail is well-marked and begins with a moderate incline through a lush forest of aspen and pine trees.
